1. Return Eligibility

  • Food products must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging.
  • Digital marketing service fees are non‑refundable after campaign execution has begun; pre‑launch fees may be refunded pro rata if cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
  • To qualify, products must be in resalable condition with all labels and seals intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Pack items securely, include the RMA, and ship to our address at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error).

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

Customer‑initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Company errors (e.g., wrong or defective items): We will cover return and replacement shipping.

5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products beyond freshness guidelines.
  • Digital marketing services after campaign launch.
  • Custom or private‑label products made to specification.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Then reach out to us if it’s still not processed.
